Job Description
Job Summary:
The RN Critical Care provides specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting during night shifts. They are responsible for delivering safe, effective patient care and coordinating with the healthcare team to monitor and respond to patient conditions.
Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions continuously and accurately to inform care plans.
  
• Administer medications, including titration of drips, and interpret strips to guide treatment.
  
• Communicate effectively with physicians regarding changes in patient status and diagnostic results.
  
• Educate patients and families while guiding other nursing personnel to maintain high standards of care.
  
• Respond promptly to clinical changes, ensuring rapid intervention when necessary.
  
• Document patient observations, treatment responses, and clinical interventions thoroughly.
