Summary
JOB SUMMARY
Ensures that all services are delivered in accordance with the Mission Statement and S.P.I.R.I.T. Value of Carroll Hospice and Carroll Hospital Center. Provides professional, comprehensive, family-oriented nursing care to individuals in the Inpatient setting. Assesses patients' and families' needs and formulates, implements and evaluates plan of care. Performs primary care case management function of assigned patients.
REQUIREMENTS
Required Associate's Degree ] Preferred Bachelor's Degree 2-4 years Requires minimum of two years of recent medical/surgical nursing experience. One year home health or hospice experience preferred.
