Required Skills, Certifications, and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience in home care or hospice.


• First-time travelers are welcome.


• Required skills: Home Health/Hospice & Skilled Nursing, Intake assessment/interview, Patient/Family education and support, setting up DME, medications, and supplies for new patients.


• Additional skills: Strong writing, organizational, and analytical skills.


• Certifications: BLS, RN Licensure for the appropriate state, NC.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Inpatient Hospice experience.


• Strong understanding of hospice admission LCD criteria.
