Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive, in-home patient care across the Danville, Virginia service area. This position focuses on delivering skilled nursing services, completing Start of Care and OASIS assessments, and managing individualized patient care plans to support positive health outcomes.

Schedule & Work Details:

• Location: Danville City, Pittsylvania County, and limited coverage in Halifax County
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week
• Productivity Model: Pay-Per-Visit with expectation of 30 points per week
• On-Call/Weekend Requirement: 1 full week per month
• Mileage Reimbursement: Yes, reimbursed between patient visits (mileage begins after first patient and ends at last patient; travel from/to home is not reimbursed unless stopping at the office first)...
