Position Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care and clinical oversight within a behavioral health setting. The RN is responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary treatment teams to support patient care and safety. The RN delegates appropriate responsibilities to support staff, ensures compliance with nursing policies and procedures, and participates in emergency response and treatment planning activities while promoting patient rights and quality care standards.
