Position Summary

Trillium Health Partners (THP) operates a 39‑bed post‑acute medically Complex Continuing Care (CCC) unit at Queensway Health Centre (QHC) and is recruiting an individual who is highly skilled, agile and adaptable with advanced critical thinking and interprofessional skills.
