Health New Zealand, Te Whatu Ora Taranaki, New Plymouth & Hawera – 0.4 FTE (32 hours per fortnight). Temporary Position (26 Weeks).
The role will primarily involve assisting with the Cardiac Rehabilitation Programme, as well as supporting the ANZACs database, cardiology clinics, and providing education and support to people with long‑term cardiac conditions.
The position works alongside three Clinical Nurse Specialists and will be based in the Cardiology and Respiratory Outpatient Department in New Plymouth, with support required at Hawera Hospital.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is currently working at the top of their scope and has an interest in working with the Cardiac Clinical Nurse Specialist team.
