Fox Subacute at South Philadelphia, a leader in long-term care for residents with complex respiratory needs, is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC).
In this role, you will oversee the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, help ensure accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments, and support compliance and reimbursement activities.
