Our Client have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to lead a 6 -bed residential children’s home in West London. You will hold overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high-quality, therapeutic and child-centred care for children and young people with complex needs and experiences of trauma.

You will provide strong, visible leadership to the staff team, ensuring full compliance with the Children Act 1989 and Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015, while creating a safe, nurturing and homely environment where children can flourish.
