Salary: £50,000 per annum
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm + on‑call every other weekend

Are you an experienced and passionate Registered Manager looking for your next leadership opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated, forward‑thinking Manager to lead a well‑established 20+ bedded residential home specialising in dementia care, located in the heart of Hitchin.
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, quality, and operational performance of the home. You will ensure the delivery of safe, person‑centred care while maintaining full compliance with CQC standards.
