About The Role

Coniston House is a new residential service supporting working-age males with a range of complex mental health conditions, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, OCD, personality disorders, depression, anxiety, and co-occurring challenges such as substance or alcohol misuse and forensic backgrounds. Our aim is to provide short to mid-term placements that focus on recovery, rehabilitation, and progression — empowering residents to build the skills and confidence needed to move on to supported or independent living.
