In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the general supervision of Manager or designate, & RN/RPN’s, the Registered Care Aide-MHSU provides assistance to patients with acute mental illness and substance use disorders within a variety of services . Psychiatry, Emergency (Quick Response Team), Inpatient Withdrawal units. This position provides support as directed by the care plan utilizing psychosocial rehabilitation principles in all care aspects.

Must have current registration with the BC Care Aide Registry
