What You’ll Be Doing
What will your essential responsibilities include
Participate with the APAC & Europe Head of Motor and Global CUO in developing and maintaining underwriting processes and guidelines.
Perform underwriting reviews, quality controls, SOA reviews, and other governance activities to support local offices’ business.
Facilitate regular meetings to share knowledge and best practices between local offices, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Support and coordinate the implementation of Motor Data Quality culture across Underwriting, Claims, Credit Control, and Middle Office.
