Job Scope

• Attend and facilitate on the audit examination in relation to IT System.
• Follow up on resolving any audit finding and resolution.

Technical Support

Level‑1

• Facilitate customer requests and data.
• Attend user calls, incident helpdesk tickets, email and provide response.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting.

Level‑2

• Perform in-depth troubleshooting, back‑end analysis, provide incident resolution (without code change required).
• Provide interim and permanent fixes with root cause analysis and help desk ticket closure.
