Key Requirements: Experience in well-established organizations supporting over 200 users is essential. Degree in IT or related field with Cisco Associate certification (CCNA) preferred. Minimum 7 years of level 2 technical IT support experience in MNCs or large SMEs. Proven strong experience in network and server Hands-on expertise in Azure Cloud, Windows Server (2016/2022), Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 tools.
