We are looking for a seasoned and self‑driven Talent Acquisition Partner/Manager to join our team, focusing on engineering/tech hiring and coverage across general functions such as commercial, finance, and operations. This high‑impact individual‑contributor role requires the ability to work independently, partner closely with hiring managers, and bring strong insights into the Web3/crypto industry.

What You Will Do

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment across a variety of roles including engineering/tech and general functions.
• Act as a TA Business Partner, offering counsel and strategic input to hiring managers on talent market trends and hiring strategy.
