We’re looking for a **Regional Support Specialist (RSS)** to join our Coldwell Banker team. This role is the heartbeat of our offices. You’ll support our agents, branch leaders, and marketing efforts in ways that help everything run more smoothly and strategically.

As an RSS, you’ll be based in one of our branch offices and stay closely connected with our regional support team, our Coldwell Banker Agents and Brokerage Leadership. No two days are exactly the same. Some days you’ll be troubleshooting office systems or helping with scheduling.
