Develop and implement supply planning strategies to ensure efficient inventory management.
Own end‑to‑end regional supply planning execution across APAC, applying strong technical planning judgement to balance product availability, inventory levels, and lead times
Act as the lead contributor for allocation, prioritisation, and recovery planning, providing clear recommendations and structured escalation where required
Translate supply plans into effective execution, including order actions, replenishment flows, and coordination with regional and global distribution centres
Partner closely with demand planning, logistics, order processing, and country supply teams to align planning decisions with operational realities
Drive value‑added initiatives beyond BAU, including process improvements, planning efficiency, and enhancement of supply planning tools
