As part of the NGS Sales team and under general supervision:
* Drive sales of Psomagen’s ‘omic services to new customers within the designated territory, through face-to-face visits and visual communication methods.
* Effectively discover, qualify, and close sales opportunities of new and existing accounts within academic institutions, government research centers, and local biotech companies
* Build & maintain relationships with customer accounts at a high level, and develop appropriate business relationships with principal investigators (PIs), decision-makers, and influencers.
* Develop and perform daily maintenance of all account/contact details within Psomagen’s CRM(HubSpot).
* Arrange and oversee the proper and timely shipment of biological samples (e.g., DNA, RNA,Tissues) from local researchers to Psomagen’s laboratories in the US or South Korea.
