Regional Sales Manager – Islamabad/Rawalpindi

Rech International is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager (Islamabad/Rawalpindi based) to drive sales and business development for its portfolio of Neurosurgery equipment, surgical instruments, and related medical devices . The role requires a highly proactive professional capable of independently managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and expanding business across both private and public sector hospitals .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the neurosurgery product portfolio.
• Actively visit neurosurgeons, hospitals, and healthcare institutions to promote neurosurgical equipment and solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with neurosurgeons, key opinion leaders, biomedical teams, and hospital management.
