As a Regional Sales Manager – Adult Vaccines the purpose of the role is to drive business impact and vaccine access through full accountability for key accounts and stakeholder engagement of CVMD HCPs (Cardio, Endo, Nephro). The role serves as the orchestrator of cross‑functional collaboration with full accountability for ensuring availability, endorsement, recommendation and sale of Adult Vx in the allocated accounts.
Strong mastery of disease, product, and market dynamics and prior experience interacting with CVMD specialists are required, demonstrating success with Cardio metabolic products. This role proactively identifies opportunities, delivers insights, and executes targeted omni‑channel engagement to maximize reach and effectiveness. Acting as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals, the manager applies Value‑based selling, IMPACT Selling and GDM selling excellence to enhance value delivery.
