5+ years of experience in sales, dealer management, or field operation, preferably in the automotive industry
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related field
Proven record of delivering sales target and building high performing dealer partnerships in automotive, OEM or multi-location luxury retail environments
Ability to lead, coach, and drive alignment without direct authority
Data driven decision maker who converts KPIs and field insights into clear actions and measurable results
Bilingual English and French required
Strong understanding of automotive retail, including OEM models, and third-party stakeholder management
