Casino and Hotel group with 11 casinos and hotels. Experienced Operations Manager to oversee the hospitality / hotel operations within the group, reporting to the CEO.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification
- Solid hotel and operations management experience in 4* hotels as GM of over 12 years
- Must also have Multi property experience at an Operations Level
- Strong communication and leadership skills, as will be liaising with the hotel GMS
- Business Management skills
- Financial acumen and good understanding of company P&Ls
Company compulsory retirement age is 62 – early 40’s to mid 50’s – AA and preferably female 1st choice.
