As Regional Operational Excellence Director, you will lead the global deployment of the Haleon Production System (HPS) across regions and countries, ensuring strong strategic alignment with regional objectives and delivering sustainable performance improvement at scale.

A Day in the Life (What you’ll do)

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Haleon Production System programme and its deployment across multiple countries.
• Partner with regional and site leadership teams to ensure strong engagement, people change planning, capability building, and structured deployment at all sites.
• Govern deployment planning, progress tracking, gap assessments, and performance reviews, removing barriers and accelerating HPS maturity.
