Job Summary:

PacifiCare Health Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Consultant to join our team. In this leadership role, you will provide clinical guidance, operational support, and regulatory expertise to designated long-term care facilities. This position will have direct oversight responsibility for Santa Barbara, the two Santa Maria facilities, and Tampico, supporting quality improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, and excellence in resident care across these locations.
