Regional Marketing & Business Development Manager – Industrial

Summary:

This role is responsible for driving growth of the Industrial Silicone Elastomers business across the APAC region by combining strategic marketing, business development, and KEY selective account/OEM management. The individual will assess market needs and trends to identify opportunities, establish and execute marketing strategies, and support the commercialization of new technologies (NPIs). A key focus will be on the Infrastructure sector while expanding into adjacent markets where silicone materials bring strong value propositions.
