**The position**

As of now, we are seeking a Regional Market Access and Healthcare Affairs Manager to join our RCV Regional Central & Eastern Europe team, based in Vienna. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping market access and healthcare policy strategies across CEE markets, helping to enable sustainable patient access to innovative therapies. You will work at the interface of market access, policy shaping, and healthcare systems, collaborating closely with country teams, regional stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.

**Tasks & responsibilities**

+ Drive regional market access and healthcare affairs strategies across CEE markets in alignment with global and regional priorities
+ Lead cross-country initiatives to strengthen pricing, reimbursement, and healthcare policy shaping capabilities
