Develop go-to-market strategy with key action plans based on in-depth understanding of the industry trend, competitor, market needs, resources and support requirement, etc. 4. Lead and mentor sales managers and technical service managers and cross-functional teams across the region. Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative work culture.
