Experience: 15 + years of experience in Automobile Industry 
Salary : Upto 15 Lacs 
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve OEM sales targets and business growth
* Prepare monthly & annual sales plans
* Drive enquiry, test drive, booking & retail targets
* Monitor market share and competitor activities
* Strengthen marketing, referral & institutional sales channels
* Improve sales funnel conversion and CRM discipline
* Lead and manage ASMs, Team Leaders & Sales Consultants
* Team productivity and performance reviews
