Job Title: Regional Manager – Northwest & Midlands

Location: Based in Hinckley with responsibility for sites across the Northwest of England and the Midlands

We’re looking for a Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple sites spanning the Northwest, and the Midlands. Reporting into senior management, you’ll be responsible for ensuring high service standards, contractual delivery, and performance improvements across a broad portfolio.

This role requires a strong leader who can manage teams remotely, develop managers, and foster excellent client relationships. You’ll balance operational oversight with strategic responsibility, driving efficiency, compliance, and growth opportunities while ensuring Atlas continues to deliver outstanding service.
