Our client in the Insurance industry is looking for a Regional Manager: Financial Planning services.

Job Description:

·Develop and implement effective business sales strategies

·Provide input on sales policies and procedures

·Recruit Sales Managers that meet FAIS requirements

·Support of Sales Managers and para planners

·Oversee sales team to meet the production targets

·Implement and maintain sales strategic plan for region, to ensure that region meets its set target, in terms of Annual Premium Income (API) and policy count and product mix

·Manage and maintain budget to meet sales targets

·Oversee the training and development of Sales Manager

·Provide guidance and advice to Sales Managers
