We are looking for a hands‑on and strategic Regional Learning & Development Lead to own and drive the end‑to‑end L&D agenda for CHAGEE APAC. This role will design and execute a scalable learning framework aligned with business strategy, support rapid regional expansion, and strengthen leadership, functional capability, and culture across countries. The role requires strong business acumen, learning design capability, stakeholder management, and execution excellence, with the ability to independently lead complex L&D initiatives from diagnosis to delivery.
