Job Responsibilities:
1. Key Account Management (MNC/ Regional)
- Own and manage key MNC accounts across ASEAN and India.
- Expand account scope vertically within markets and horizontally across multiple countries.
- Support onboarding of new regional accounts, ensuring smooth transition from proposal to implementation.
2. Performance & Service Governance
- Monitor operational performance against agreed KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to identify performance gaps, risks and improvement initiatives.
