Job Description

Reporting to the HR leadership team, you will oversee HR operations across an international scope:

• Manage and oversee payroll operations across approximately 10 countries , ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Lead compensation topics and coordinate the remuneration committee
• Drive the management and optimization of the HRIS
• Supervise and support a small HR team
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, employee management, offboarding)
