Reporting to the HR leadership team, you will oversee HR operations across an international scope:
- Manage and oversee payroll operations across approximately 10 countries , ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Lead compensation topics and coordinate the remuneration committee
- Drive the management and optimization of the HRIS
- Supervise and support a small HR team
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, employee management, offboarding)
