About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Regional HR Manager to join BSI’s People team, leading operational HR delivery across a multi‑country region.
Reporting to the VP People Operations, you will lead and develop a team of HR Generalists and HR Administrators, ensuring the consistent delivery of high‑quality HR support and a positive employee experience across the region.
This role combines operational leadership with strategic partnership, balancing local employment requirements with global policies and ways of working. You will work closely with People Partners, Employee Relations, Reward, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS teams to ensure compliant, efficient, and employee‑centric people operations.
