General Description

The Regional General Manager is responsible for leading all commercial activities within an assigned geographic region while maintaining accountability for the overall profitability and performance of the distribution and processing business within that region. This role provides strategic direction, leadership, and oversight for commercial growth, customer development, margin expansion, operational alignment, and market share growth.

This role must develop and execute district specific strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, customer retention, and operational effectiveness across multiple locations.
