Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of FMCG sales experience with strong exposure to regional sales operations and distributor management.
• Proven experience in leading and developing regional sales teams, including coaching and performance management.
• Hands‑on experience in managing distributor networks and driving primary and secondary sales growth.
