The Regional Engineering Manager is accountable for the successful execution of capital projects within their assigned category and portfolio of plants.
This role leads a team of engineers and supports plant-level initiatives that align with the business category’s priorities, ensuring safety, quality, cost control, and timely delivery. The Manager partners with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and other stakeholders to drive value and operational readiness.
