Key Responsibilities

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) readiness, ensuring processes, technologies, and assets are fully capable and scalable.
• Drive regional productivity and efficiency improvements through structured continuous improvement initiatives.
• Define, standardize, and govern engineering best practices across EMEA liquid operations.
