As a Regional End User Technical SupportEngineer, you will play a key role in keeping NHS Blood and Transplant’s IT services running smoothly across multiple sites. You will install, configure, and support a wide range of hardware, software, and clinical‑critical systems, providing both face‑to‑face and remote assistance to colleagues.
Working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment, you will manage IT incidents, resolve issues within agreed service levels, and ensure systems remain secure, reliable, and fit for purpose.
