YOUR IMPACT
Identify training needs and formulate winning strategies for Education across Travel Retail APAC and SEA markets to support their business needs and objectives.
Direct and facilitate the educators on planning and implementation of training strategies that inspire and motivate our beauty advisors to drive sellout.
Develop TR & SEA specific retail excellence with client centric approach in all education programs and activities are executed in line with MAKE UP FOR EVER’s standards & values.
Collaborate with and influence International Edu team on market needs to design education materials.
