Ensures management directions and its goals has been communicated to the teams within the region assigned.
Evaluates the performance of the teams within the region.
Ensures the prepared plans, details and documents are all well checked and satisfies Regulatory Compliance and SM Standards. These drawings are either for: (1) Management Approval, (2) meetings, (3) coordination with different stakeholders (within internal or external relationships of the job scope), (4) basis for budget, estimates and bids, and (5) site implementation.
Ensures specifications, material and color swatches, OSM checklist and budget, cost monitoring, Architectural blue prints, and all other needed documents for owner’s approval and/or site implementation are well checked/correct and compliant to SMEDD standards.
Conducts/monitors/checks result of site inspections done by the teams within the assigned region.
