RESPONSIBILITIES

Corporate Safety & Risk Management

• Lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of corporate safety programs across APAC offices and workplaces.
• Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) policies, standards, and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, and safety audits to identify hazards and implement effective mitigation measures.
• Monitor regulatory changes across APAC jurisdictions and advise business leaders on compliance requirements and best practices.
• Drive a proactive safety culture through awareness campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and leadership coaching.
