Job Description

The Regional Coordinator - Region 5/6 will assist the Assistant Chief - TIFMAS with the overall management and coordination of the TIFMAS program. They will represent TIMFAS leadership at regional meetings to promote program awareness and foster collaboration with partner agencies, as well as assist with the planning and delivery of trainings and the delivery of the red-carding process. Will provide guidance to fire departments on TIFMAS program and qualification standards, training requirements and equipment stocking levels. The Regional Coordinator will deploy as able to assist with wildfire and all-hazard incidents as needed to support field operations and response efforts, to include participating in inventory management for both program-specific and agency-wide equipment.
