YOUR ROLE The Business Process Excellence Expert drives and supports Operational Excellence across APAC Contract Logistics through execution of LEAN/DMAIC initiatives, deployment of Global Standards, and delivery of measurable cost, productivity, and service improvements. Provides hands-on support to close operational gaps identified via SCA, Kaizen, and Contract Reviews while contributing to capability building across different sites in the Region. The position also requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Solution Design, Innovation & Transformation, and Global stakeholders, to develop and implement best practices, ensuring smooth execution of new implementations and transformation projects.
