The position serves as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, fostering strong partnerships, enhancing customer retention, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities Business Development - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts, including sourcing, operations/supply chain, and project stakeholders at the regional level.
- Analyze clients' supply chain requirements to identify potential opportunities for the company’s services (air, sea, third-party logistics, and others).
