Lead major pursuits, bids, tenders, and proposal submissions, including developing win strategies, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and participating in client presentations and negotiations.
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for aviation projects, ensuring successful delivery, quality, commercial performance, and client satisfaction.
Support project mobilization by working closely with Project Directors, Project Managers, and technical teams to establish effective project governance and resource planning.
