Milk Education is working in partnership with a successful and inclusive secondary school in the Enfield area to recruit a dedicated Reflection Room Lead for a temporary position starting in September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for a resilient, compassionate and highly organised individual who is committed to promoting positive behaviour and creating an environment where all students can thrive. The successful Reflection Room Lead will play a vital role in supporting the school’s behaviour strategy, helping students reflect on their actions, rebuild relationships and successfully reintegrate into lessons.
