Recruitment Team (Human Resources Division)

Position: Full‑time, Permanent

Location: Taman Maluri, Cheras, KL

Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,000.00 per month

Responsibilities

• Identify hiring needs and develop detailed job descriptions and specifications.
• Collaborate with department managers to define consistent and accurate recruitment requirements.
• Post job advertisements across various platforms and source qualified candidates through databases, job portals, and social media.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure the best fit for open positions.
• Assess applicants’ qualifications, skills, and experience in line with job requirements.
• Perform reference checks and background screenings.
