Overview

The HR Recruitment Specialist will perform end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing applicants, to onboarding successful candidates. They will coordinate with different hiring managers to find the best talents for the organization and provide backend HR services and support to business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field
• Experience working in a recruitment firm is a plus
• Knowledge or experience in end-to-end recruitment process, handling rank-and-file to supervisory positions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Willing to be assigned in West Ave., Quezon City
